TropgeneDB
TropGENE DB is a database that manages genetic and genomic information about tropical crops.
A new module for coffee was implemented recently.

CoffeeDNA DB
CoffeeDNA is an Open Source Database on Coffee Genomics, includes comprehensive information on the large coffee germplasm; Coffea specific Microsatellites; Transposons; SNPs; Expressed Sequence Tags sequences; Gene profiling based of ESTs; Web tools in bioinformatics and more.
